A Director since 2000, Juliet has been with F W Gapp since 1991 and now specialises working closely with directors of resident management companies in large, West London blocks. Juliet believes that communication, efficiency and professionalism are the key approach Juliet applies in managing property to secure successful relationships with clients and residents.
Michael brings over 30 years property management experience to our firm and was made a Director in 1982. Michael has served as an expert witness in the field and deals with a cross-section of properties. Michael enjoys fine wines and is known for his high fashion bow-ties.
Grant joined F W Gapp shortly after graduating from Birmingham University in 2009 as an assistant to the property management team. Grant is undertaking ARMA training in view to gaining IRPM registered status.
Nicola has been working in the furnished lettings department at F W Gapp for over 5 years.
Matthew has worked in all areas of F W Gapp and now leads our furnished lettings negiation team.
Educated in America, Kirsty joined F W Gapp in 1993 and handles reception duties as well as providing secretarial support. She enjoys travel, film, art and collecting vintage fashion and accessories.
Margaret has been part of the F W Gapp block management accounts department for a number of years and works with properties accross our portfoilio.
Sandi is one of our longest serving staff. She has been responsible for our lettings clients accounts for over 18 years.
John has worked as F W Gapp's company driver for over 20 years. He has become a familiar site throughout London and can be regularly seen driving our F W Gapp London Taxi around town.
Carol has been at F W Gapp for over 20 years and is in charge of all matters relating to the company accounts.
Part of F W Gapp's in-house maintenance department. Peter is a registered GAS SAFE engineer who has over 30 years experience.
Trained in-house by F W Gapp, Mark has become a fully registered GAS SAFE engineer who is always on hand in case of emergencies.
