F. W. Gapp began by acting as block property managers for institutional clients such as Liverpool Victoria. Over the years, F. W. Gapp has grown in stature with an ever increasing portfolio, and expanded the range of services we offer, for example, setting up our lettings department in 1983.
In 1987, F. W. Gapp were the first estate agent to branch into vehicle branding with our F. W. Gapp London Taxi. Setting a trend for estate agents, we offer the use of our cab to all our clients to offer them a sense of comfort and style in a distinctly London way.
In the 1990's, F. W. Gapp started working directly with property developers, becoming involved with the management of a property from inception to completion. Development sites have ranged from Mansion blocks to converted commercial properties all over London.
In 2010, F. W. Gapp undertook a large programme to expand our services online. Not only has this lead to the creation of our new website, but we also offer all of our properties the chance to operate a web-site of their own. These not only allow us to communicate quickly and easily with our residents but also allow neighbours on large estates an easy forum to discuss all matters, whether property related or not.
