We can offer a selection of properties that are available at any one time including those properties on with other ARLA agents all over London. For added convenience FWGapp will arrange for our private taxi and chauffeur to assist in property renting.
FW Gapp has maintained a large data base of private landlords who know all the staff personally and can be certain of continuity and know how. These, together with our links with our property management department, mean that we can offer properties that are not yet on the open market.
There are many companies engaged in residential lettings but few who specialise in this field. As such we are aware of what are clients requirements are in a particular location and can ensure that the properties offered have the amenities and standard required.
We aim to manage expectations and provide where possible high specification units, preferably with wood floors, plus excellent kitchens and bathrooms.
We are a member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents and the Tenants Deposit Scheme enabling dispute resolution to the satisfaction of both landlord and tenant.
