Our property management team consists of 15 staff members (Property Managers, accounts and support), who between them have a wealth of knowledge and experience and handle a wide range of matters in relation to Block Management from the most basic to the highly complex.
We strive to work as efficiently and effectively as possible with a personal level of service rarely found in Block Management. Our expertise in Block Management and our understanding of how the smallest of problems can cause great concern if it affects an individual’s home ensures that we deal with any issue – whether large or small – with the same diligence and attention.
Our newly-installed computer system provides excellent reporting facilities which afford to clients and residents alike advanced accounting functions, and is viewed as a positive management initiative.
We have our own in-house Maintenance Department and Corgi-registered Engineer, who carries out regular jetting of drains, etc., at most buildings and is available to deal with any plumbing or heating problems quickly and efficiently.
Where we can be innovative and proactive, we will implement procedures to assist in the smooth running of a block of flats and aim to offer a personal service, which we will review on a regular basis with our clients.

Our offices are based in Notting Hill Gate and we can provide references on request from clients whose buildings we manage currently – some of which have been in our portfolio for many years and others where we have recently been appointed following dissatisfaction with other agents.
Where tenants wish to take control over their building and set up a Right to Manage Company, we can help guide you through the process from inception to completion. We manage a number of buildings where tenants have successfully acquired the Right to Manage or have purchased the freehold and have a selection of private landlords, tenant-owned management companies, as well as developers as our clients.
We are not part of any subsidiary or parent company and have been established since 1904.
We are members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents – ARMA – as well as the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM), and are therefore bound by their Code of Practice. Consequently, we hold full Professional Indemnity Insurance.
