Kenah Cryer Bsc MARLA

Kenah joined F W Gapp in 2003, having previously spent the last 7 years in management for a property investment company covering Kensington and Chelsea. Prior to that she worked for Japanese investment companies in the City.

As a graduate in Economics, a member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents and ARLA 1 and 2 certified, Kenah’s knowledge of the Central London Lettings Market is an integral part of F W Gapps specialist approach to our clients Buy to Let Market.

Penny Doorbar

Penny Doorbar has been involved in Residential Lettings for the past 20 years, having previously been in partnership and then run her own lettings and property management business.

She qualified as an ARLA member in 2006 and has been a lettings negotiator with FW Gapp since 2004.

Karina Sharp

Karina Sharp joined F W Gapp (Management Services) Limited in 2005 and she is the head of property management in the lettings department. She has spent the last 7 years in the property market in Kensington and Chelsea.

When a property is ready to be let and managed she conducts regular management inspections, reports her findings to the Landlord, and on instructions implements any necessary works to remedy problems. Her day to day tasks include anything from dealing with a faulty washing machine to dealing with insurance claims and liaison between the Landlord and tenant. Karina maintains good relationships with the Landlords by regularly keeping them advised of matters in relation to their properties and tenants by making sure that any necessary works are completed as quickly and smoothly as possible. When a tenancy is nearing the end she also negotiates with both parties in relation to extending the tenancy.

Refurbishments are an important part of F W Gapp's management capabilities and Karina is dealing with a number of refurbishments. For example, Karina recently project managed a refurbishment on a house in W8 where the existing tenants were re-housed by our lettings department into a short let property and then returned to the house on completion of the works completed ahead of schedule and on budget, resulting in a considerable rental increase.

Juliet Gordon IRPM

Juliet has been at F W Gapp (Managment Services) Limited for 15 years. During this time she has worked in the furnished management department assisting the manager of the team and was mainly responsible for carrying out inspections of managed flats and reporting to Landlords.

Subsequently Juliet moved into our block management department and has over the years gained extensive experience in a wide range of matters.

 In 2000 Juliet became a Director and became a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management.

Juliet places value on communication to ensure a constructive and proactive approach in the running of managed blocks and seeks to maintain good working relationships with resident committees to prevent a small problem becoming a large one!
